For your quick reference, listed here below are some of the main features of the current release:

  • The Knowledge Base we use to train the bot covers some general company information along with a rather comprehensive introduction to AI Chatbot.
  • The bot is restricted to use the above training materials only. Essentially it will not search the web for information and answers.
  • Auto Translation using GPT-4 is enabled. The bot will detect and respond in the user’s language automatically.
  • Known issues about the translation: 1) For now the bot is using Simplified Chinese for the Chinese language in its translation, and 2) The bot is not able handle mixed use of language in a chat perfectly. It might drop in the middle of a conversation. These issues will be addressed in one of the future releases.
  • AI Handling is intentionally left out in the middle of the conversation. Why do we do that? It’s a demo. You will see the bot doesn’t know how to do small talks when AI is not enabled.
  • Questions that are not answered, lead contact information and user ratings will be captured and stored for review.
